Locations Help

Overview

The Locator is designed to help you find Financial Centers and ATMs within a 30-mile radius, based on your search request.

Step 1. Enter your street, city, state, and ZIP code for the most accurate results. You may also enter two streets that form an intersection. For more general results, enter only the city and state or only a ZIP code to find Wachovia locations in a particular city or ZIP code area.

Step 2. Select the type of Wachovia location(s) you wish to find. You may choose any combination of branch location options, but only one ATM option at a time.

Step 3. Select the display option you would like to view (Map and Text, Text Only).

Step 4. Click the "Search" button to begin your search.

Step 5. Click the location number when your result appear to view more detailed information for a particular location.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why did the Locator return a list of "possible" matches rather than a list of Wachovia locations when I clicked on the "Search" button?

If the Locator is unable to interpret your address exactly, a list of candidates will be provided. Simply select the candidate that most closely matches your search address.

Can I print the map that is displayed?

Yes, but the map result page should be completely loaded on your computer screen before you try to print.

Search Hints

If the Locator is unable to process your request, consider the following options:

Did you spell your address correctly?
If you do not receive any results after entering your complete address information, try entering only the city and state. The results you receive will be based on the center of the city.
If you do not receive any results after entering your complete address information, try entering only the ZIP code. The results you receive will be based from the center of the ZIP code area.

Locations Map Help

You can view detailed information about the location of each branch/ATM using the map on the "Location Results" page or the "Driving Directions Results" page.

Zoom: Use the scale on the left side of the map to zoom in and zoom out. Click the plus sign "+" to zoom in and see more detailed information about where the branch/ATM is located. Click the minus sign "-" to zoom out and see a broader view of the branch/ATM location.

Map: The map automatically defaults to the "Map" version, which only shows you the street names and locations. If you choose to see the "Aerial" or "Hybrid" versions and want to return to the "Map" version, click Map in the box on the left side of the map. Use the scale on the left side of the map to zoom in and out.

Aerial: Click Aerial in the box on the left side of the map to see an aerial view of the branch locations. The "Aerial" map shows you buildings, landmarks, etc. of the area where the branch/ATM is located. Use the sacle on the left side of the map to zoom in and out.

Hybrid: Click Hybrid in the box on the left side of the map to see a combination of the "Map" and "Aerial" versions. You can see both the street names as well as aerial views of the buildings and landmarks on the "Hybrid" map. Use the scale on the left side of the map to zoom in and out.

Driving Directions Help

Driving Directions Instructions

Step 1. Use the Locations Search to select the nearest Wachovia branch or ATM.
Step 2. "Location Results" will include Map and Driving Direction links in addition to other service information.
Step 3. Click on the Driving Directions link.
Step 4. Enter a starting address and click Get Directions to get written directions to the location you selected.
Step 5. The Locator will produce sequential driving steps directing you to the location you selected. Distance and travel time is approximate.
